“3-IN-1” TRAINING CONCEPT

Our company has designed a training concept which combines Assessment, Training and Coaching.

Our experience has shown that it is essential to change mentalities and behaviors whatever the situation in which a company is and the results the company desires to reach.

To enable a better team work, a positive change, an efficient training, an organization’s capacity to cope with a degraded situation, what needs to be done first is to work on mentalities and behaviors. This is especially important for companies that are not used to managing deteriorated situations, crises or emergencies.

We have designed a “3-in-1” Training Program Concept that combines Assessment, Training and Coaching. Training alone is not able to solve the issues previously mentioned. Training people without assessing their knowledge and capabilities first, yields to ineffective training. The coaching side of the work deals with mentalities and behaviors, whereas the training side takes the competencies of your staff to the next level. The program also helps tackle what we call «bad certainties» like excessive care and confidence, fortress mentality, ostrich policy, carelessness prevailing in business, and such a situation can compromise the optimal functioning of a company, the anticipation of risks and the conduct of the crisis.

Our Training Program is based on a competency model that describes the competencies and behaviors considered essential and most important to the performance of any company in a management position.

We can bring our training programs to your site. Our training programs, offered at your location, are designed for small groups, which allows for an effective and personalized approach. We also offer you a distance learning option via our partner Bircham International University (BIU). Your staff will enter a correspondence training program enabling them to study at their own pace. You can also decide to combine both distance learning and onsite training according to your needs.

Evidence Coaching has entered an exclusive partnership agreement with Bircham International University (BIU) https://www.bircham.net/. BIU programs follow the current higher education guidelines set forth by the European Union (European Credit Transfer System [ECTS]) as well as the USA (Generally Accepted Accrediting Practices [GAAP]). Thanks to our collaboration with BIU, we are able to customize “Expert” and “Specialist” Diplomas to meet the specific needs of your organization.

Part two of our “3-in-1” Training Concept is Assessment. As previously mentioned, implementing training programs without assessing the knowledge and capabilities of your employees first, yields to ineffective training. We use the assessment tools we are specialized in. We assess your staff prior the training itself and after it in case of need. We assess your staff based on a customized competency model for the position you wish to develop the competencies of your staff and deliver a training that takes into account this established model. This ensures that your training is customized and efficient and that your training objectives are fully met.

The last component of our “3-in-1” Training Concept is Coaching. Coaching will create changes in mind-sets, communication, well-being, motivation and satisfaction of employees. The human element is the key component of a company's productivity.

In Individual Coaching sessions, we tackle the following objectives:
